The Canadian Association of Cardiovascular Prevention and Rehabilitation (CACPR) is now accepting registrations for the spring 2019 Annual Meeting and Symposium! This clinically based conference benefits practitioners in the field of cardiac rehabilitation, healthcare providers caring for cardiac patients, and others with an interest in chronic disease management. This year’s theme is Tailoring Delivery of Chronic Disease Management and Cardiac Rehabilitation: Optimizing Care in the Community.
