We are looking forward to the conference in Saskatoon, and appreciate your involvement and hard work in order to make this a successful event! Please ensure that you have filled out and completed BOTH the COI Disclosure Form and the COI Disclosure Slides, which must be sent to email@example.com. To assist you with preparation, please review the details below:

Please contact Andrea Smith if you will be using your own computer for your presentation, or if you require video and/or sound.
You are responsible for bringing your final presentation on a USB (PowerPoint format). There will be a technician in the room where you are scheduled to speak that will assist in loading your presentation. Please be sure to visit the technician during the break prior to your presentation. Do not forget to include the required disclosures slides at the beginning of your session. Please ensure your disclosure slides have been sent to firstname.lastname@example.org. Declarations must be verbalized at the start of your presentation.Handouts
The CACPR does not print handouts for speakers. If you wish to distribute handouts during your session, please print and bring them.

The Canadian Association of Cardiovascular Prevention and Rehabilitation (CACPR) is a national body comprised of interdisciplinary health professionals. Our focus is enhancing knowledge and clinical care, as well as enabling research for those who work in cardiovascular prevention and rehabilitation.
