Redesigning Cardiac Rehab: What is the new 'normal'?
As many of you might already know, the Fall Conference is held in collaboration with the Canadian Cardiovascular Congress (CCC). This conference was held completely virtual.

Physicians, allied health care professionals, carers, and students treating and caring for patients are all welcomed. Also, this conference might be of interest to professionals and students with an interest in chronic disease management.
This year’s theme was: Redesigning Cardiac Rehab: What is the new 'normal'?. As such, we created a terrific program that, for the first time, brought together specialists in the field that walked us all through the challenges and opportunities cardiovascular prevention and rehabilitation are faced with in the wake of the current COVID-19 pandemic.
