CACPR's goal is to advance research and clinical care in cardiovascular prevention and rehabilitation. Through this effort, we seek to improve the quality of cardiovascular prevention and rehabilitation care in the clinical setting. This goal starts with the creation of the Cardiac Rehab Registry for CACPR. The Registry is entirely browser-based and does not require plug-ins or any other software on the client side. Any member of your team, regardless of where they are located can enter or upload data to the Registry. No local maintenance required. |
