Location: Saskatoon, Saskatchewan Thank you for attending the Canadian Association of Cardiovascular Prevention and Rehabilitation's 2019 Annual Meeting and Symposium! This clinically-based conference benefits practitioners in the field of cardiac rehabilitation, healthcare providers caring for cardiac patients, and others with an interest in chronic disease management. This year’s theme was Tailoring Delivery of Chronic Disease Management and Cardiac Rehabilitation: Optimizing Care in the Community. The conference was scheduled for June 14-15, 2019 in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. This event is an Accredited Group Learning Activity (Section 1) as defined by the Maintenance of Certification (MOC) program of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada and accredited by the Division of Continuing Medical Education, College of Medicine, University of Saskatchewan for up to 12.25 MOC credit hours. |
