The Great Diet Debate in Cardiac Rehab


Panelists will discuss the four following diet methods in cardiac rehabilitation;

  • Mediterranean / Dash
  • Intermittent Fasting / Time Restricted Eating
  • Plant Based / Vegetarian
  • Keto

Case studies will be presented with a discussion on how each diet method would benefit that case study.

The Canadian Association of Cardiovascular Prevention and Rehabilitation (CACPR) is a national body comprised of interdisciplinary health professionals.   Our focus is enhancing knowledge and clinical care, as well as enabling research for those who work in cardiovascular prevention and rehabilitation.
