MembershipQ: What membership should I apply for? A: To view the criteria for the membership levels, please visit our membership page here. Q: How does the Institutional Membership work? A: To be eligible for an Institutional Membership there must be a minimum of 5 individuals applying for a membership under the same organization. The discounted rate works out to every 5th membership free. To apply for the Institutional Membership, please contact cacpr@secretariatcentral.com for the required form. Organizations can either receive an invoice for all members registering or can have each individual invoiced separately. |
WebinarsQ: Webinars are included for members; do I still need to register for each webinar? A: No, members will be automatically emailed the link for each webinar. Only non-members need to register. Q: When will I receive the webinar link? A: The webinar links are sent out one week and one hour prior to the webinar. Q: What if I don't receive the webinar link? A: If you are a member or a registered non-member for a webinar and did not receive the link, please contact us at cacpr@secretariatcentral.com. Some emails / organizations tend to block the link emails thinking they are spam. Q: Are the webinars accredited? A: No, the webinars are not accredited. However, if you login to the webinar using your full first and last name, we can send you a certificate of attendance that can still be used for education points. Q: Will the webinar be recorded and available online after the webinar? A: Yes, all CACPR webinars are recording and made available online 3-5 business days after the event. The webinar link will be emailed to all members and registered non-members. You must be logged into your account to view the webinar. |
ConferenceQ: How do I get my certificate of attendance? A: All registered attendees are sent the "That's a Wrap" email which will have the evaluation link. Upon completion of the evaluation, you will then receive your certificate of attendance. |
